New clients please complete a registration form here.
Yes! Each new client request will be screened to ensure we’re able to meet your needs and the needs of your pets. If we are unable to meet those needs, we will let you know.

We do not see exotics or large animals.
That being said, if you are looking for in home euthanasia for an exotic pet, you may fill out a request form as we may be able to accommodate you though this will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
The doctor will arrive with the necessary supplies, and will perform the exam, vaccines, blood draw, etc. in your home. Some advance preparation is very helpful in making the visit productive and pleasant. See more details here.
Yes – exams for multiple pets can be scheduled for the same visit.
We provide options so you can choose what is most convenient for you. We do carry a few common medications and also have an online pharmacy that will ship directly to you. If you prefer, we can also provide a written prescription that you can submit to the pharmacy of your choice.

Some problems that need attention right away are:
- difficulty breathing
- unresponsiveness
- car accident or other trauma
- suspected broken bones
- seizures
- collapse
- vomiting blood
- swollen abdomen
- acute pain
- toxin exposures
When in doubt, it’s best to just go!
Urgent care cases are unexpected but non-life threatening events such as a urinary tract infection, ear infection, hot spot, or diarrhea. Please contact us for our availability.
Elevate Veterinary Care does not currently have a facility for performing any sedated procedures at this time. Retaining a relationship with a local full service veterinary clinic is recommended for these purposes. Referrals can be provided as needed.
This is a difficult and personal decision. We can help you to assess your pet’s condition and explore options that could improve their quality of life or assist them if it is their time to go. Please request an appointment for a consult.
