Planning for comfort and a peaceful goodbye when the time comes
It’s never an easy decision to make when our pets’ time to leave us approaches. If you’re unsure as to whether it’s the right time or whether there are more options to keep your pet comfortable, we can set up a consultation to evaluate further to determine the best plan for your pet.
Consult
This visit will include a thorough history, including reviewing your pet’s previous medical records, current concerns, and a physical exam. From there, goals of additional therapy will be determined – options to optimize your pet’s quality of life and comfort will be reviewed and discussed. Each pet is an individual so these recommendations will vary based on your pet’s personality, lifestyle, and health conditions, while keeping in mind the feasibility of implementing treatment plan options.
In Home Euthanasia
We do offer in home euthanasia appointments. We try to prioritize these patients as we understand that sometimes their condition can change quickly. Please reach out via text, email, or by completing the new patient form to set up an appointment. Once your appointment is scheduled, we will send over an email with additional information about the visit and aftercare options.

Consult: $50 + Travel
Euthanasia: $300 + Travel
Military, Police & Certified Guide Dogs – Please reach out for pricing. There is no charge for cremation.
Cremation
Group: $60 (ashes not returned)
Private 0-3 lbs: $175
Private 3.1-20 lbs: $195
Private 20.1-45 lbs: $215
Private 45.1-100 lbs: $230
Private >100 lbs: $245
Aftercare
When electing for a home burial, there is no charge.
Group cremation – do not receive ashes back.
Private cremation – your pets ashes are returned to you.
For cremation services, we utilize Final Gift, located in Newmarket, NH. If you’d like to be present for your pet’s private cremation, they can arrange that for you.
If electing private cremation, your pet’s ashes will be delivered to your home, typically within 1 to 2 weeks. You may also pick out an urn; the options pictured below are complimentary and included with the cremation charge. Additional urns and other memorial products are available from the Final Gift website; the pricing will be as shown. Engraving and nameplates can be added if desired. Ink paw and nose prints, or fur clippings can be done for no additional cost; clay paw prints can be made for $60.
